Niederegger marzipan are a small treat that are ground almond puréed confection shaped and formed in an Easter bunny. They are lightly toasted and finished with hand decoration.
Niederegger Marzipan is premium Marzipan and made in Germany by Artisans in Lübeck and then hand paint them.
Marzipan is a traditional German confection made from ground almonds, sugar and rose water. The texture of the roasted almonds makes this little morsel chewy and moist, it’s not overly sweet and there’s that hint of something exotic!
